The Lodge will be unlocked at your check in time. We will be there when you arrive or shortly after to answer any questions.

We are currently taking reservations through 2012.

Payment Policies

  • All reservations require a $500 deposit at time of reservation.
  • Full balance is due 90 days prior to arrival date, minus the $500 deposit.
  • A damage deposit of $500 will be collected when each group arrives at the lodge. We will hold the check in lieu of any damages and destroy it 15 days after check out.
  • Each group has the option to thoroughly clean the lodge or pay $250 to have it cleaned.
    After a fun reunion with minimal sleep many feel it is worth leaving the cleaning to us.

Cancellations/Refunds

  • A ninety day cancellation notice is required to obtain refund of deposit, minus a $100 cancellation fee.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
