The St. Anthony Sand Dunes is a 10,600 Acre playground of beautiful Shifting sand. You can leave right from our door step and travel on a fun back country sand road through the desert and in 15 minutes arrive at the North end of the sand dunes. This end of the dunes are not as tall as those on the south side but there still plenty of hills to climb, jumps to soar over, and very few people to watch out for.
The 2 resort parking areas on the south side of the sand dunes are only a 10 mile drive from the lodge. These are some of the tallest dunes in the west. The spring and fall are the best times of the year to enjoy the dunes when the temperatures are nice and our lodge rates are low.
Leaving from the lodge there are some short desert rides to take your kids on, or head up to Island Park with miles of beautiful trails. Keep your eyes peeled you could see deer, elk, and moose.
