Privacy Policy

Three Peaks Lodge is a private lodge in Saint Anthony, run by Dave and Patti. This page says what we collect when you inquire, download a checklist, or use the booking tools — and who actually sees it.

Who this covers

This policy applies to Three Peaks Lodge atwww.threepeakslodge.com, including the contact form, checklist and planner pages, and the availability tools on the contact page. House rules for a stay are on House Rules & Policies.

Inquiry form

When you send a request from the contact page, we ask for your first and last name, email, phone, the kind of event, preferred dates, group size, and anything you write in the message. We also record where the request came from on the site, such as threepeakslodge.com/contact.

We use that information to:

• Reply about dates, rates, and whether the lodge is a fit
• Save the inquiry in our GoHighLevel contact records, including those details as contact fields and a note
• Email a copy to the lodge inbox so Dave and Patti can answer you
• Send you a confirmation that echoes what you submitted

We do not sell inquiry lists. We do not hand your phone number to advertisers. If you reply to a confirmation email, that conversation stays with the lodge.

Checklist and planner downloads

The free checklists and full planners on our campaign pages ask for an email address. Some forms also ask for a name. We store the email in GoHighLevel, tag which guide you requested, and use it to send the PDF link and to follow up about a stay if you want one.

Checklist forms that ask only for email do not invent a name from your address. If you do not give a first name, follow-up mail greets you as “Hi there,”. If you do type a first or last name, we keep the name you typed.

On those same pages, the browser may remember the email in session storage so the full planner does not make you type it twice. That stays on your device for the browsing session. It is not a marketing cookie.

Cookies and analytics

The site may set or read a few cookies and similar tools:

• Google Analytics, when a measurement ID is configured, to see which pages are used. Google may set cookies such as those described inGoogle’s privacy policy.
• A GoHighLevel site script, when a tracking ID is configured, so we can tell which pages a visitor saw before they inquired. That script is served from our CRM provider.
• Ordinary server and browser logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested.

You can block cookies in your browser. The lodge pages still load. Analytics and booking widgets may work less completely if you do.

OwnerRez booking widgets

Availability and booking questions on the contact page are shown with OwnerRez widgets. The site loads OwnerRez’s script from app.ownerrez.com. If you search dates or send a request inside a widget, that information is processed by OwnerRez so Dave and Patti can see the request against the lodge calendar. OwnerRez may set its own cookies when you use those tools.

ReadOwnerRez’s privacy policyfor how they handle widget data. OwnerRez replaced the old private availability screen; that screen is not part of the public site.

What we don’t do with it

We use inquiry and checklist details to host groups and to answer the person who sent them. We do not sell personal information. Service providers who carry the mail, the CRM, analytics, or the booking calendar only get what they need to do that job.

If you want a copy of what we have, or you want us to stop emailing you about a guide, write or call. We’ll take care of it.
