A Private Corporate Retreat Lodge In Eastern Idaho
Hotel offsites give you a projector and a hallway. Three Peaks Lodge gives a team of up to 40 the entire building, a commercial kitchen and great activities and space for conversations in the evening.
Organizations have relished the chance to hold their corporate retreats in Eastern Idaho at Three Peaks lodge instead of a hotel meeting room. Three Peaks gives your group the whole property: Great meeting spaces in a 9,600 sq ft lodge on 100 acres in Saint Anthony. You get beds for 40, a commercial kitchen, and no other guests in the entire building. Rexburg is 15 minutes away.
Hotel offsites fail in a familiar way. The breakout is a hallway. Dinner is a reservation battle. The team-building is complaining about the HVAC. You flew people in to sit in a room that smells a little weird. Our lodge is an entirely different experience. The conversations that matter happen after the session, and nobody needs a shuttle to get anywhere.
Who This Is For
Leadership teams that need privacy. Church and nonprofit staff who want the same roof without a hotel bar. Companies willing to trade a downtown for acreage. If you need 200 hotel keys and a union AV stage, stay in a conference hotel. This building won't pretend to be one. But if you need your own place to get real work done, Three Peaks is for you.
A Typical Retreat Itinerary
Meet in the morning with the door open, because there's no other event next door. Eat lunch from the kitchen, cooked or catered, in one dining area. Use the afternoon for the courts, the grounds, or paddling on the pond in season. Leave the evening unstructured. Wi-Fi covers the lodge for the presenter and your attendees.
Day events (eight hours) run September through May: $2,100 on a weeknight, $2,700 on a weekend. Overnight lodge rates are $900 or $1,100 a night in that same season, usually three nights. Summer overnights are often booked for reunions and weddings, so plan early.
Inquire with the headcount, a date window, whether people sleep here, and any real AV needs. A vague RFP gets a vague answer. Exclusive use is the product.
